The Power of Friendship in the Menopause Journey

Menopause can be a challenging time, but it’s made so much easier when you have friends by your side. Bev recently took a short R&R trip to Vancouver Island with her good friend & her dog, and Bev’s own rescue dog, Wilbur. Together, they hiked through nature, enjoyed fresh air, baked goods, and fun movie nights.

This getaway was a reminder of how important true friendship is during the menopausal transition. Sharing stories, laughter, and moments of connection can bring comfort and support when you need it most.
