Mindfulness, Self-Care, and Reconnecting in Menopause

Taking time for mindfulness and self-care is a key part of managing menopause stress and symptoms. We all know the importance of eating healthfully and staying active through regular exercise. Equally important is taking time to reconnect with yourself and your partner.

Recently, Bev took a trip to the Sunshine Coast with her partner, Ollie. Their days were filled with hiking, good food, and plenty of cycling.

A great tip for reconnecting with your partner? Put it on the calendar. Reconnection doesn’t have to mean vacations—it can be as simple as a weekend lunch or brunch, enjoying activities that bring you closer and strengthen your bond.
